On A Weighty Issue

I weighed myself the other night and got one hell of a shock.

132kg

290lbs

Which ever way you measure it, that's a whole lot of pizza.

So I've decided to do something about it, don't worry I won't be posting pictures of my gradually slenderinging body, instead, each week I'll weigh myself and post the result here.

I'm not going to aim too high, so I'm going to start out with aiming for .5kg a week. If I lose more, then great, but so long as I drop .5kg each week I'll be happy.

Good on you for taking some steps towards losing some weight. I wish you all the best! Remember, you'll have good days and bad days - don't get too hung up on it, just keep going :-)
